Who we are: HEART stands for “Home Educator’s Associations Resource Team.” HEART of the Valley is an informal association of private Christian home education Satellite Programs (PSPs) and Support Organizations in the Southwest Riverside County area of Southern California.
What we do: HEART of the Valley provides an opportunity for fellowship, prayer, networking and information to be shared among Christian home education groups of Southwest Riverside County. Through our WEB site member groups will be able to access general home education information and those seeking PSPs and support groups in this area will be able to link to sites for groups, educational resources, and community resources such as churches and sports programs. Through the e-mail loop, groups and individuals will be able to share information and resources among member groups and individuals.
What we stand for: We are a forthrightly Christian organization with a Statement of Faith that proclaims the Lordship of Jesus Christ, His redemptive saving grace, and the inerrancy of the Holy Bible.
Who we are associated with: HEART of the Valley has both an oversight Pastor and an e-mail coordinator. These individuals also run Morningstar Christian Academy and Hands of Grace Christian Support Group in the Murrieta/Temecula area. HEART of the Valley accesses information pertinent to home educators from a variety of resources including Christian Home Educators Association of California (CHEA), Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), and Family Protection Ministries headquartered in Sacramento, California.
